We gave out 6000+ baby essentials to families in need From November 2024-November 2025!
We had 850 Stork Support referrals from our professional referral partners across Salford and Manchester. This is up by 570 on 2024.
Our Stork Boost programme grew and we had great success, with 21 learners across 3 cohorts throughout the year. We had some great outcomes for the learners, with 2 in employment, 2 doing further learning on a TA course, 2 taking an ESOL course, and 3 taking a functional skills course. The rest of the learners have been successfully signposted to further training and support.
Our Stay and Play sessions were popular in 2025, we held 17 different themed events/holiday clubs in addition to our usual weekly sessions, and we welcome 48 new families.
Our B.O.O.B.S project supported 592 mums across Salford (196) and Bury (396) through breastfeeding peer support. We also did 41 pram and sling walks across the year.
We are so proud of the work our team and volunteers have put in throughout 2025, but we can’t continue our work without your support. In February 2026 we will be launching our second fundraiser, the Brighter Tomorrow campaign. This is a campaign focused on how we support more people throughout Greater Manchester with the wider range of issues that we can see cause the families we support to need our services, such as unstable housing, domestic violence and unstable incomes.
